The terms like “we”, “us” and “our” used throughout this site refer to Al Ershad Computer Trading LLC. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Card payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, without our express written permission. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products, displayed in Omani Rial (OMR), are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Sultanate of Oman's Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 66/2014) and its Executive Regulations. In line with that Law, consumers may request a replacement or return of a product within the minimum period prescribed by law, currently a minimum of 10 days from the date of purchase, where the product is defective, does not match its description, or does not conform to agreed specifications, subject to presentation of the purchase receipt. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or Services to any person or geographic region. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, phone number or billing details provided at the time the order was placed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update such information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools, and any such use is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is compliant with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 6/2022).

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times and availability. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable under Omani law, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our site. We may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, if we believe you have failed to comply with any term of these Terms, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, without prejudice to your right to refer consumer complaints to the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA), hotline 1222.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. SECTION 20 – CONTACT INFORMATION

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not permitted to transact or use the website. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you submit will be provided directly to our licensed payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and any applicable merchant policies and rules. We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in OMR (or any other agreed currency).

All online transactions are subject to fraud prevention and verification procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraudulent activity is suspected.
